ArtRock Gallery ("we", "our", "us") operates this Site to sell artwork and related products. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including those who register for an account, browse the Site, or make a purchase.

3. Product Information and Authenticity

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the artwork available on the Site. However, variations in color and appearance may occur due to differences in monitors or screens.

  • Each piece of artwork sold by ArtRock Gallery comes with a certificate of authenticity, confirming its originality and provenance.

  • All artworks are inspected by our staff for quality and authenticity before being offered for sale.

4. Order Process and Payment

  • By placing an order on the Site, you agree to purchase the selected artwork at the price indicated, inclusive of taxes as detailed during the checkout process.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept payments through PayPal, Stripe, and other methods as indicated on the Site.

  • Once payment is completed, the artwork will be packaged and shipped to the address provided. If there are any issues with the order, we will contact you directly.

  • In case of any payment disputes, Cyprus law will be referred to for resolution.

5. Pricing and Taxes

  • Prices for artworks are determined based on their individual value and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

  • The breakdown of taxes will be provided at the time of payment. All taxes are included in the final price unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is arranged individually for each artwork. We use shipping insurance to cover the value of the artwork during transit.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping arrangements. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • In the event that an artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss options for repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of the respective artists and are protected by copyright laws. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these artworks or their images is prohibited without the express written consent of the artist.

  • ArtRock Gallery has been granted permission by the artists to display, market, and sell their artworks on the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • ArtRock Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of any artwork, except as required by law.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the artwork purchased, excluding any damages or losses related to the use of the Site.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
