Returns Policy
At ArtRock Gallery, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your artwork, please review our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
All art purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of the shipment receive date.
Commissioned or custom works are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in the original condition.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@artrock.live before sending back your artwork. We will guide you through the return process.
If a return is sent without prior arrangement, it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including return delivery insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are here to assist you with the return process to ensure everything is handled smoothly.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that any fees associated with the original payment and refund, as well as the initial shipping costs, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for shipped and international purchases.
Exchanges are only available for non-shipping purchases and must be done in person at our gallery in Limassol.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
All our shipments are covered by insurance to protect against damage during transit.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@artrock.live to arrange a solution through our insurance coverage.
If the shipment arrives with visible damage to the container, please take detailed photos and refrain from opening the container until you have spoken with us.
7. International Returns
The same return policies apply to international orders.
